I don't understand your statement “ it comes from 2000 mint”?

The dates on the coin are clearly AD1980 and AH1400 so where did you figure out AD2000?

thank you for your help! The 2000 mint is the number they produced of this medal. You may have not noticed that it is a medal and not the 10 Dinars which has 17000 produced. The medal is a much rarer item .  I would appreciate any help. thx again
