Create Danish Notgeld for Sønderjylland [επιλυμένο]

It's rarely seen, even here, but in Denmark we also had notgeld coins/tokens made with incapsulated stamps (postskillemønter), like France had for instance.

Could there be made an issuere for the whole of Sønderjylland? When Danish Notgeld get made?

Yes. The one and two krone notes are both from Haderslev :D
