Bavaria 1 Pfenning 1828

I am stuck on the following coin. It matches 2 different coins but diameter or the date keeps it from being either one. It has had a rough life but I believe it can be identified.

The weight is not right for this one but the date works. The style of the 1 in the date changed in the late 1820‘s that match how the 1 is on mine.

And why not the first one you mentioned? The weight matches, diameter and thickness are a bit less, but it may be due to the wear?

Maybe it's just missing from the later coin or the former one looks different in the later years under Ludwig I which should be added to the older coin?

I would tend to agree but the weight is right for both pieces. If it were the first one and worn to reduce the size by 1mm I would have thought the weight would have been affected more.
