1960 D Lincoln cent date varieties [επιλυμένο]

I have 3 of these 1960 D Lincoln cents, but I have little experience differentiating small and large date varieties on them. I appreciate any help determining this.  I'll include 1 picture of the date from each coin in question.

I think 1 and 3 are large dates and the second is a small date.

and if you had  tried to look at coin reference sheet in numista, you would have found this in the comments section

I did check that Numista page, and images, and the pcgs site, and half a dozen other sites, and searched this forum, before posting my question.  But none of that grants experience with physical coins, or confidence for a first time attempt at identification.
