Every mass produced coin where the edge is inscribed and prepared before the ob- and reverse has an up and down variant.
But it is of little to no numismatic value because it is simple chance near 50:50. Only variants of coins with set orientation that differ are listed.

Agreed - random. Thousands of coins a minute are minted.
They go from one machine to another, in big containers.
Adding obverse/reverse is one machine.
Adding edge lettering is another.
Nobody stands there to make sure which way up a coin is, after it
is tipped out from the container, onto a conveyor belt.
Totally random which way up the coin goes into the machine.
