2 Kopecks - Elizaveta value under horseman; reticulated edge [επιλυμένο]

Hello, this coin was minted in 4 different mints, but only the Red Mint is listed on the coin page. Mentioning all four mints next to each year is not very convenient, besides, I would also like to write the numbers according to Bitkin. Therefore, it would be more convenient to write down each year, for each mint, in a separate line.

Where are the mint marks? How do you distinguish between the 4 mints if there is no mint mark on the coins?

These two sites are in Russian, fortunately now phones and computers do the translation of the text automatically.  I will later supplement the page with this coin in the numista catalog, and add the abbreviations of the mints written in Russian, with translation into English, so that you can understand from the pictures on these sites which mint the coin belongs to.

"Pejounet" edited 2 similar coins yesterday, this type, he is already familiar with these sites.

Good question, how are these types distinguished?

I think for the Numista catalog it would be enough to add the 4 mint at “Mint” section removing them from the year lines and add a link to the thread at coins.su with a comment “how to distinguish between the mints (in Russian)”

Using outside websites to determine variants is bad practice. Who knows how long the site/page stays or if the link changes.

Also all the explanations in the pictures are in Russian and not easily machine translatable.

Don't we have a Russian coin expert amongst our members who could make something like Ole or with his aid?

You can do it like here, with the listing of numbers according to Bitkin, opposite each year.

The details can be put in comments like this page mentioned above with external site just as source link: the information is kept even if the website go down.

I will check this 2 kopecks variants and align with the formatting I used for the Bit# 443-457. Depending on the variant, edge type vary (lettered vs. reticulated) and some have mint name in full on the edge, or a mintmark (reversely stamp) above the crown.

Bitkin numbers that are written on top, all with a reticulated edge.

I prefer to let you, the experts, do it.
