Rare variety or not? [επιλυμένο]

I'm trying to add this coin to my catalogue, but it says the version of this coin with a dot after penny has a mintage of 15 coins. That doesn't seem right, I would think it's more likely from common circulation, but that doesn't mention it having a dot. The coin was plated with gold by someone, and has some big gashes on the obverse.

‘Rare variety or not’? Not. Mintage: 21,963,000.

The rare are proof.

I would like to know the meaning of the graphic above the year lines.

Maybe it means any of the non-proof lines could be in three variations >

Point after AUSTRALIA

Point after PENNY

No mint marks

That would be my guess. 😐

That graphic ties the point's location directly to the year.

All 1953's - after AUSTRALIA

All 1954's - after PENNY

All 1955's - no point

Yhe year line comments adds an additional variety for 1954 proofs only - no point.

Thank you, going to log it as a regular strike
