The first is 23mm in diameter and the second is 24mm (at largest point, both are heavily worn)

Looks like Coin A is a Dongchuan minted Daoguang Tongbao. A bit worn to tell which sub-variant.

Coin B appears to be this Cảnh Thịnh Thông Bảo variant. Looks like someone had drilled the square hole into a circle.

Most Chinese cash coins don't have explict dates. You can get a date range once you identify the coin. Some have regnal years – once you identify the ruler you can add the regnal year number to the ascension date to get the issue year. And the date of many coins can be narrowed down if you find the exact type in a detailed reference.
