10 haleru 1953 Kremnica or Leningrad?

I found 2 of them in a nice shiny condition (quite unusual for this coin type). Can someone please help me to determine the mint?

I didn't react yesterday, the weekend made me hard.
A colleague below, "Leningrad" and the upper one, I do not see in my mouth, probably also like Leningrad. ( Dental -phoresis determination )
Problematics:
Coins began to be minted secretly in the CCCP (Leningrad-Mint) so that employees in the State Mint did not reveal the state's secret plan to make a day-to-day currency reform.

a, Leningrad 139 notches on the edge
b, Kremnica 130
However, the numismatic public is more diverse for me and we don't always give just one opinion, that's why this simple comparative drawing is made up:
And now the definition most used:
10 pennies 1953 variant A, minted in Leningrad (has 133-139 notches on the edge and the lion's tongue is not in the mouth until completely)
10 pennies 1953 variant B, minted in Kremnica (it has 130 notches on the edge and the tongue of the lion is in its mouth as far as it will go)
