Anna Harrison medal silver?

I squared this Anna Harrison coin, it looks like silver, but doesn't contains markings or verbiage that says it's silver. It's a USA coin, all I can find on initial searches is gold coins and a few silver coins, none of which matches the coin below. Scratch the silver part... the edge of the coin says sterling with silver markings, still I have no cost or year information for the coin to catalog it.

Edge 3.29mm +- .05
Diameter 38.65mm +-
Weight 1.2 oz

Most of the edge has a ridge with a smooth area that has the STERLING and sterling markers.

It is not a "coin". A coin has a monetary value, and is issued by a ruling government.
Instead, it is "exonomia" , that is a medal, a token, or commemorative round.
We have this https://en.numista.com/catalogue/exonumia90973.html in the exonomia catalog, but not yet your piece.
I think the value is silver value only.
I'd like to see what is on the edge, most likely Franklin Mint privy marks and date of issue.
Edit to add I see the Franklin mint mark below the text. Franklin mint sterling is always .925 silver.
edit to add, here is another in the franklin mint series https://en.numista.com/catalogue/exonumia46650.html
you can use this as a model to add your piece to the catalog.

the (71) on the edge is the year of issue.

What an interesting series! I love how it's the companion to all the presidential coins.
I used to smirk at Franklin mint, But laterly I have come around. I have an entire bicentennial set among others. The mirror finish!
