I forgot to say that the reverse is of the type GLORIA EXERCITVS.
I can't really read the legend on the obverse, though Constantius II seems likely. You can compare with
the relevant coins in the catalogue.
If the legend on the obverse doesn't match, then it could be his elder brother, CONSTANTINVS (i.e. Constantine II); it is not his younger brother, Constans, whose name is CONSTANS in Latin without the -VS ending, so he doesn't match.
The three brothers were each titled "Caesar", i.e. heir to the throne. They took power on September 18th 337 after they massacred the branch of the family deriving from Constantine the Great's first wife. That happened in the summer of 337; Constantine had died in May.
Soon after they took power with a third each of the Empire, they started again to fight, but this time among themselves. Eventually, only Constantius II was left.
