Have a nice day and good health.

Somehow I got into a bigger pile of coins from the Byzantine Empire, somehow I got into a bigger pile of coins from the Byzantine Empire.
I have no doubt the authenticity, I have them from the responsible seller just were unspecified, and I have some ambiguities here.

Here is just a sample of their size to the cent:

First: bronze, weight: 8,92 g , size:31,74 mm

I found him with us and evaluated him as: Follis - Romanos III Argyros Constantinopolis; class B - I think it's like this?
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces44211.html

Second:
Bronze, weight: 11,20 g, size: 30,08mm

and here I have a problem:
we do not have this variant for numista, I mean five dots. I found him here and I think it's him ?
https://www.numisbids.com/n.php?p=lot&sid=4794&lot=1394
Basil II. Bulgaroktonos, 976 - 1025 , SB.1813 , AE 3
It cannot be Constantin XIII's brother??
book detail:

is not here: Second Solidus Nomisma (720-1092)
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/byzance-10.html#c_byzance2017

Third: Broze, weight: 12,24 g, size: 31,24mm

And I didn't find this pair here. I don't know anything here. ???
I know I should have put it on one coin, however, I still have a lot of them looking for and studying Byzantium and they are all related.
Thank you Ivan
For the first coin, while most people lump it with that coin, the Class B follis has some variations that are documented in my post below. Your coin is specifically Zervos Type B-4d:

https://www.cointalk.com/threads/the-classification-of-the-anonymous-class-b-follis-of-romanus-iii.335264/

For the second coin, see the link below. There are way too many variations:

https://www.forumancientcoins.com/numiswiki/view.asp?key=Anonymous%20Byzantine%20Class%20A%20Folles

For the third coin, these are normally overstruck on previous issuance to a point where it produces some very interesting images:

Byzantine Empire: Heraclius (610-641) Æ Follis, Nicomedia, RY 4 (Sear 834; DOC 158)
Obv: ddNNhЄRACLI ЧSЄT hЄRACONSTPAV; Heraclius, on left, and Heraclius Constantine, on right, standing facing, each holding globus cruciger; cross above
Rev: Large M; cross above, A/N/N/O II/II across field; B below; NIKO in exergue

Overstruck on Theoupolis/Antioch Follis of Justin II, specifically Sear-379

Thank you very much ,, Quant-Geek,, really fascinating help.
This table of variants is amazing, I already understand why he's not on,, numist,, , yesterday and today I went through Byzantine coins all day-I still have several types that I have identified from this obtained unidentified pile.
But when I look at diversity and types, so I will process and publish the rest, I want to save them again. So thank you again for your effective help.

Numista and wildwinds are NOT the site to identify Byzantine coins. See https://coins.labarum.info/en/catalog for a far better site...The obverse of your third coin, when rotated properly, will show the reverse of the host coin, thus showing the large M for the denomination. The reverse has some legends from the host coin on the far left, if you want to determine the host coin like I did...

This is a really good tool, mainly, the details are well controllable for me, although I tend to come to a quick conclusion - I still have to master other details like this, I was looking for the year "X", ie tens.
I will play and when I reach the conclusion of the remaining 6 coins published in the new thread their findings.
Thank you for a great help - it is already on the bar as a fixed part of the PC for work......This is a sample of today's search, I will publish later only for a sample now without measurement only ...:

The only difference is the tenth year against the version in the picture, but I don't think it matters, I keep going. Thanks again for leading the way. Although I know that this is more of a start because the issue of these folis is really complicated.
,,again my humor: ,, but it's not better to buy a pile of encapsulated UNC gold coins from this period, the gold ones are less marked by time,,

Thanks and have a nice day, especially good health, thank you.

Aside from Sears and DOC (which can be downloaded for free from https://archive.org/details/dumbarton-oaks), most online sites do not go into that much detail covering the various years and officina of a single coin type. Besides, most Numista users seem to be either coin hoarders or coin sellers, so they don't go into the intricate details of a single coin to the point of reading scholarly books like the above (of course, there are several outstanding collectors at this site).

My suggestion is to concentrate on the overall design and mint mark instead to identify your coins.

Have a nice weekend.
Yes, I really don't want to go into detail. I just have some inner joy when I can give myself a name and include in the album for historical coins - we do not know coins before.
I still don't have a collection goal or a specific period, I like to read history and this is also always enriching me with new knowledge.
I'm just happy, Yes, (with your help) and it will force me to make a separate album describing Byzantium - its history.
So I really won't go into details.
