Ferdinand and Isabella real? Or fake?

I have a coin that has been sitting in a drawer for decades, that I got from my Italian grandmother. It doesn't have a country name on it, but looking on the internet, it appears to be an old Spanish real - or an imitation. I don't have anything more accurate than a kitchen scale, but it appears to be about 5g. Diameter is 25mm. I don't know the metal, but it's not magnetic.
Here is a link to a similar coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces76713.html
Attached are pictures.
I'd appreciate any help anyone could give me!

Thank you!
I don't know anything about coins, but I imagine you saw something that just wasn't right - maybe the color that looks like brass instead of silver, maybe the size or weight not being right? Were some of those things what you noticed about it?
It would explain why the coin was with a pile of old coins instead of in a special place.
In reading about Normatensyl tokens, it appears that the advertising campaign in 1965 occurred in France for Normatensyl and in the US for Polycrol, from the same drug company. My grandmother was living in the US at that time, so that could work. Perhaps she got the coin from her doctor?
