I have been offered to buy the following coin, but before buying it I would like to know how much it is really worth? Some pics attached.

In high grades this coin can be valuable. See for example the book values at

However, actual selling prices are often quite a bit lower than book prices, and I don't think your coin is VF or higher.
Personally I would grade your coin F or F+, and it has been harshly cleaned, which takes off maybe half the value from there.
The most accurate way to value it would be to search EBay for completed sales of similar coins. Melt value is about $10, so it should be worth more than that.
