I have with me a 1 cent from Zimbabwe minted in 1994 and wanted to add it, yet there was no option for that year. The closest were 1993 and 1996. The page had already been closed and verified and I was told to post in the forum.
FR means that the equivalent FRench page has
comments on it that the English page does not.
Sometimes the other way round,
when a French page has En on it.

This is a common problem. When comments on year lines are deleted (such as "Rare") they get backfilled with the (fr) comment (fr) Très rare. In this case, the (fr) Royal mint started out as an English comment that was carried over to the French side. Eventually the mint was added on the English side and the comments deleted, but year line comment changes aren't automatically carried over to the French side.
