Krause first changed KM #36 to KM# 117 for this coin in 1992, then retracted it sometime later and kept KM# 36. Here's a few references to it being KM# 117 (there are many more):
This coin also exists under KM#115 but it is the same coin, a mistake has been made in the Standard Catalog of World Coins, creating confusion. But these coins are the same as KM#34a.
Απόσπασμα: "rsirian1"See also the 5 cent coin 1976-2018 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5408.html which has the comment:
This coin also exists under KM#115 but it is the same coin, a mistake has been made in the Standard Catalog of World Coins, creating confusion. But these coins are the same as KM#34a.
And this post which explains it all:

So the Numista page was correct at one time.
Hi all, well for me Numista it is correct, but only half. I know that in some Editions two KM references were used incorrectly in Krause for the same 25 Cents coin, but that did not happen in all Editions. In the two Editions that I show below, all the dates of the 25 Cents coins are only shown under KM # 36 and KM # 117 does not appear:
2018 Standard Catalog of World Coins, 1901-2000, 45th Edition
2019 Standard Catalog of World Coins, 2001-Date, 13th Edition
So putting in the Year Line KM # 117 would not be correct, as it depends on the Krause Edition. I think it would be better to put, in the Comments section, something similar to what has been put, for example, in the 5 Cents coin:

Banknote referee for: Andorra, Equatorial Guinea and Spain

Yes, I agree. It is now not correct. It was correct at one time. It also has a comment about it on the coin page similar to the 5 cent one but not as descriptive, so somebody already tried to "fix" it. I suspect there are many more examples in the Numista catalog of the same thing (Krause changing numbers) that nobody has yet to catch.
Sorry, I've been out from home for a few days and haven't been able to make the modification request. Before doing it, I would like to be able to agree with you on the steps to do:
1. In Comments, where it says "Coins from 1992 and after are sometimes referred to as KM#117." We could writw somwthing like that: "NOTE: From year 1992, this coin also exists under KM#117 in some Editions of Standard Catalog of World Coins, but it is the same coin, a mistake has been made in the Standard Catalog of World Coins, creating confusion. These coins are all the same and must be classified under KM#36. "
2. Remove the KM number from all year lines
3. Should we eliminate KM#117 from the Coin's Technical Sheet and keep only KM#36? I comment on it because, as in some edition of Krause this number KM#117 is referred to (and in other online catalogs, as "rsirian1" showed us), maybe we should keep this reference in the Technical Sheet.
I await your opinions and contributions.

I have made a modification request for this coin type according this:
2. Remove the KM number from all year lines
