Rim variety on the recent Spanish 5 Pesetas? [επιλυμένο]

I saw the 5 Pesetas from Spain, from 1994, about Aragon, has two lines, one for each rim variety.

But other 5 Pesetas in the same series with rim varieties, doesn't have an individual line, for the rime variaty. Like:

Islas Baleares

Murcia

My question is, why?
Is there something special about the Aragon type?
Or should the Aragon type have the extra line erased?
Maybe the other coins have a variaty line added?
