It includes the coin KM#823|1982... but if the number on the other page is known an correct can't we simply subtract that amount from the bigger mintage figure?
Mintage numbers are cited from official mint's reports. Sometimes these reports are very basic and just mention how many coins of a certain denomination were struck, even though different variants of the same denomination were produced. Usually, this is the reason that a 'shared' mintage is mentioned in coin catalogs.
