4 items I picked up today I need help with [επιλυμένο]

#1 VOC - 17mm / 1.75gr - I believe is this one https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces37112.html as I can clearly read "..VA" and "... 08" and part of the stars on both sides are visible. Am I correct? Can the difference in diameter and weight account for the wear on the coin?


#2 - 17.3mm/1.93gr - I believe is this token/medal https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces45285.html but with the hole there's material lost.


#3 - 28mm/9.75gr - Can someone help me identify the crest? The other side is almost gone (only a few random letters barely visible) with only the wreath somewhat clear. I think it may be some 1800's Italian States but I've been looking around and couldn't find something similar.


#4 - 26mm/7.53gr - I'm guessing it may be a token. Can someone read at least the year or translate some of the text for me?
