The second replica which you listed reads "MONETA WELVNES" and "DUCIS LADISLAI". I believe this refers to Władysław Opolczyk (Vladislaus II of Opole), who was Duke of Wieluń in Poland from 1370 to 1392. So I believe the replica is of this coin, minted at Wieluń: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces179581.html
