The image is obviously not of a 1/2 mark, as that has only one mint mark letter under the eagle. The image shows two mint mark letters, so it is more likely to be a 1 mark, for which 1914E is not uncommon.

But judging from the pictures, I find the lettering very rough in comparison with the example from the Numista coin page (which quite coincidentally happens to be a 1914E). I'm curious for pictures of the complete coin.
