Here is NGC's valuation : German States PRUSSIA 2 Thaler KM# 425

The obverse seems to have some damage, so I would grade it as an VF.  The NGC value for the 1840 VF is $125.

OK, but I heard that those NGC online prices are older. Now the prices are bigger. However, I admit, that this one has been cleaned and the obverse in quite scratched. Is the price 197 USD really so big? Don´t take me so seriously, I am only an amateur!

A coin being cleaned is usually a huge reason for buyers to stay away. Those pieces usually are only bought as fillers until a better coin can be found to replace it. You still have a very nice coin, but I would rather say its is in the 120-150$ range maximun
