China cash coin identification

I purchased this coin cheap today at a local shop--the man selling it had very little information about it other than that it was "old" and bronze and from China. I have spent the last hour trying to identify it with not too much luck. I believe the front of the coin is "順治通寶" (or "shunzhi tongbao" ), but haven't been able to find anything at all about the reverse. Weight: 12.4g. Diameter: 1.6in. Thank you for any help anyone is able to give.

It's definitely not a coin, not with that reverse. It's a medal/token, maybe a good luck charm. 順治通寶 translate to Shunzhi Tongbao (as you noted). Here are some Shunzhi Tongbao cash coins that it may be imitating. I can't tell if it's old or not. Wait for some of the Chinese coin experts on Numista to weigh in.
